— Hi. This is going to be you. You are the mother. This is the father. And they have children. This is a boy. This is a girl. Here’s the son. And this is the daughter. I have one son and one daughter. How about you?
— I have one son and two daughter (вы слышите, что Наташа допускает ошибку: пропускает окончание множественного числа).
— -s.
— …daughters. Two daughters.
— Okay. This is the father, and the daughter. This is the father, and the son. When we talk about their relationship (соединяет стрелочкой маму и папу) this is the husband, and this is the wife. They are connected. What about their relationship here (показывает на детей)? This is the brother, and this is the sister. So my question for you is “Do you have brothers and sisters?” Yes or no? Do you..?
— Yes, I do.
— How many brothers and sisters do you have?
— I have one brother. I have one sister. I have one brother and… I have brother and sister (обратите внимание на пропуск артикля, Дженнифер исправит эту ошибку в своей реплике).
— I have a brother and a sister. Or: I have one brother and one sister. So again: do you have brothers and sisters?
— Yes.
— My one question could be “Do you have…?” “-Yes, I do / No, I don’t.” “Do you have brothers and sisters” — Yes, I do.” How many? How many brothers and sisters do you have?(обратите внимание на разницу между общим вопросом и специальным вопросом Сколько?).
— I have one brother and one sister.
— Good. So now you ask me. The first question is “Do you..?” Yes or no? If I say yes, then you can ask me how many? One, two, three, four… So what’s the first question you ask me?
— Do you have brother and sister? (обратите внимание на ошибку: лучше употребить множественное число, чем единственное).
— Do you have brothers and sisters? Again.
— Do you have brothers and sisters?
— Yes, I do.
— How many brother and sister do you have? (Наташа опять употребляет единственное число вместо множественного).
— Good. But it’s still plural. How many brothers and sisters do you have? Again.
— How many brothers and sisters do you have?
— I have three brothers and no sisters.
— Good.
— Natasha, do you know… You know President Obama and his wife Michelle Obama. How many children do they have?
— He…. Ah…
— Because it’s Obama and his wife… they…
— They have two children.
— Are they boys or girls? Do you know?
— They have two girls.
— They have two girls (обратите внимание на произношение этого слова Дженнифер). They have two daughters. What about Tom Cruise and his wife? Do they have children?
— He has one children… (будьте внимательны, снова ошибка: множественное число вместо единственного).
— One!
— One daughter?
— One child. One daughter. If you want to talk about only Tom Cruise, I wouldn’t use they. I’d say he. So the question could be “How many children does he have?” (Если Наташа хочет говорить только о Томе Крузе, то не нужно использовать they, нужно he. Вопрос будет звучать по-другому). He has one girl. So you see the question: How many do you have…? How many do they have…? How many does he have…? (Дженнифер еще раз перечисляет возможные варианты вопроса),
What about Bill Clinton and Hillary Clinton? How many children do they have?
— They have one daughter.
— They have one daughter. Chelsea. Good. Okay.
Послушайте и повторите (постарайтесь точно имитировать произношение Дженнифер, значение слова подскажет картинка): husband, wife, family, mother, father, son, mother, daughter, daughters, sister, sisters, brother, sister, mother, father, parents, mother, son, grandmother, grandson/grandchild, grandfather, granddaughter/grandchild.

Образуйте вопросы. Давайте сделаем образец вместе. Вот ответ: They have two children. Каким будет вопрос? How many + [существительное во множественном числе] + have? Образуем его по этой модели: How many children do they have?
